• ADVENT LUTHERAN CHURCH - Garden of giving

Advent Lutheran Church's Garden of Giving grows fruits, vegetables, and herbs for those in need, with an active team of volunteers assisting in the garden each week.  Volunteers plant, weed, water, and harvest crops that are donated locally. During 2021, the Garden of Giving donated 3,649 lbs of produce to the Snohomish Food Bank! We warmly welcome Lynn Riley, who will be leading the Garden of Giving in 2022!

If you would like to volunteer in the garden, please email churchoffice@adventlutheran.net

"Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and will be repaid in full." -Proverbs 19:17

  • Fair Trade Sales

Once a year, Advent Lutheran hold a Fair Trade Craft Fair.  Every fair trade purchase brings security, hope, and dignity to disadvantaged artisans around the world.

"Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” Luke 6:38

  • quilting ministry

Advent Lutheran Church's PieceMakers Quilting group makes quilts for Lutheran World Relief, and for our graduating seniors. Please join us on the first and third Thursdays of the month at 12:30 pm. You don't need to know how to sew. We also assemble, pin, and tie the quilts for sewing. Join us for work and fellowship.

  • Diversity & Justice GROUP

Advent has an active Diversity and Justice Group that meets monthly.

The focus is education and discussion on issues of racism and social justice.

We'll be updating our website with resources as we move forward.
