VBS is going Hybrid this summer!
What: On Earth As In Heaven: A Hybrid VBS
When: July 11-16, 2021 (Live Evening Family Events July 11 & 15)
Where: Your Home & Advent Park (Next to the Garden)
Who: Your Whole Family/Pod
Summer 2021 we will be diving into "On Earth As In Heaven." This theme comes from our friends over at ELCA World Hunger. This is a chance for your entire family to explore the Lord's prayer, understand how it connects to our lives everyday, and how ELCA World Hunger's ministry lives out the Lord's prayer in the work around the globe.
For this summer's Hybrid event, we will not be doing a regular drop off kids daily live event. Instead, your whole family or pod will get the chance to be part of this wonderful week.
Hybrid VBS is a combination of two (2) live events for your whole family/pod to attend, and a week of great at home activities for your whole family or pod. You don't have to attend the live events to enjoy the wonderful VBS adventure box and at home activities, you can choose to just pick up your adventure box and discover wherever you choose.
There is no registration fee for this summer's VBS, but we are gladly taking donations so that we can continue to make sure our VBS in the summer's to come can be at little to no cost to our families. If you would like to donate you can either send a check to the church marked "Vacation Bible School" in the memo line or donate through our website (http://www.adventlutheran.net/donate) and choose "Vacation Bible School" when choosing how to use your donation.
(Reminder: This is not a drop-off style Vacation Bible School. All children must be accompanied by their family or pod.)
